By appointment only for powers of attorney, wills, successions & property transfers.
Hi, I'm Paula Vincent Johnson, a Louisiana civil law notary who specializes in preparing powers of attorney, wills, affidavits of small succession, acts of donation and quitclaim deeds.
I use my diverse legal knowledge and experience to help my clients remove barriers of communication with financial institutions, medical professionals, government agencies and others so they can access the information needed to make critical decisions during emergencies, illness and death. As a result of working with me, my clients feel calmer and more confident during challenging times.
Unlike other notaries, I focus solely on helping you plan for the future, which means I can exceed your expectations with more time, more answers, and more information so that you understand your documents and how to properly use them.
If you want to be in control when facing the challenges that can arise in financial, healthcare, and end-of-life situations, then it is important that you create powers of attorney and a will before it's too late.
Book your telephone consultation today. When you connect with me, I promise you'll learn something.
Let's get started!
In August, 2004, Paula began her notarial practice in The Plaza Mall on Read Boulevard in New Orleans East. In 2005, just a couple of weeks after celebrating her first year in business, disaster struck and disrupted our lives. In the summer of 2006, by the grace of God, Paula was able to re-establish her business in its current location at 9954 Lake Forest Boulevard. At first, Notary In The East was the only full-time business open in her area. Most of the time, there was no one else around. But slowly, word began to spread. And now, for more than a decade, Paula has been blessed with many opportunities to serve you – New Orleans East, Gentilly, The Ninth Ward, St. Bernard, Lakeview, Mid-City, Downtown, Uptown, the Westbank and beyond.
